Growing up in a religious household, Joé’s initial exposure to music was through his church, where he began singing and playing instruments. This early involvement nurtured his passion for music and set the foundation for his future career.

Joé first gained recognition as a composer and songwriter, crafting tracks for prominent artists in the Afro-Caribbean music scene, including Stony and Axel Tony. Seeking to express his artistic vision, he co-founded the group Lespada, which quickly garnered popularity on YouTube with its unique sound.
